A Program to Match Your Background

The Master of Accountancy has two tracks to choose from.

Professional Track

Our Professional Track is for those who have an undergraduate accounting degree and are seeking a public accounting career. The program helps you prepare for a career as a CPA and will allow you to meet the 150 credit hours required to take the CPA exam.

Accounting Practice and Reporting Track

Our Accounting Practice and Reporting Track is for those who do not have an undergraduate accounting degree, but have an undergraduate degree in another field. This track is for those who are changing career paths and are now interested in pursuing an accounting degree.

The Degree for You

Whether you aspire to be a CEO or CFO of a corporation, partner in a public accounting firm, controller of a government agency, finance director of a charitable foundation, special agent in white-collar crime, owner of your own business, or university professor, the NKU Master of Accountancy degree is the degree for you.
