ACT

"We are living in an era of rapid organizational change, brought on in part by the unprecendented levels of personal, career and consumer choice.  Business leaders now require new levels of intellectual insight and emotional skills that have not previously been valued.  NKU's Masters Degree in Executive Leadership and Organizational Change is a program that addresses this need.  Clearly, it is a high-value opportunity investment for individuals and businesses in our community."
