  MS in Executive Leadership and Organizational Change

Welcome to our Master of Science in Executive Leadership and Organizational Change program. Today's organizations face immense challenges from uncertain future, multiple stakeholders, and the ever-changing global landscape. Inspirational leadership is needed more than ever but seldom found these days.    

Therefore, we are pleased to offer a program that will help today's managers or professionals to meet these challenges by demonstrating outstanding leadership.  

The program was successfully launched in 2006, and we currently have 46 highly motivated and exceptionally talented students from diverse professional fields, industries, and geographical locations (e.g, Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, Missouri, and Florida).
