Susanne is an accomplished director with more than 15 years of leadership experience at Cincinnati Children's Hospital. She has held positions as Clinical Director for StarShine Hospice, Clinical Director for Private Duty Nursing as well as Clinical Director for Home Care Services. Susanne is a valued employee at Cincinnati Children's Hospital since 1984. She has served in various clinical and leadership roles throughout her years of service.
Susanne's experience includes providing innovative leadership for departments within the Home Care Services Department at Cincinnati Children's Hospital. Se oversees the daily operations of the business. Specific areas of focus include guiding the development and implementation of strategic plans and high performance work teams, conducting improvement efforts, building leadership and employee skills. Customer service and staff recruitment and retention are also areas of expertise. Susanne demonstrates participation in community outreach and fundraising efforts that have led to positive relationships with Cincinnati Children's and the community. Susanne leads her areas with passion, professionalism and empowerment.
Susanne holds a Bachelors of Science in Nursing from the College of Mount Saint Joseph and a Masters of Science in Executive Leadership and Organizational Change from Northern Kentucky University. Susanne has presented at National Nursing Conferences, most recently at the National Association for Home Care annual meeting in Denver, Colorado in 2007. Susanne has several published articles related to Pediatric Hospice Care. Most recent is A Light In The Darkness, a story of hope, Caring Magazine, 2006. Susanne is an active member of the St. Susanna's parish and holds the position of President of the Women's Association.
Susanne lives in Mason, Ohio with her two children, Eric 18, and Emilie 16.

Donna Coleman, Certified Fund Raising Executive, is the Associated Vice President of Development for Otterbein Retirement Living Communities. During her fifteen years at Otterbein, Donna has be an integral part of the fundraising team that consistently raises $2-3 million a year. As the principal fundraiser for Otterbein Lebanon community, Coleman's major focus is to identify, cultivate, and ask individual contributors to plan outright and deferred charitable contributions that maximize benefits to both the contributor and Otterbein. Since August 2007, Donna secured a $1 million commitment from the Marge and Charles J. Schott Foundation and $500,000 contribution from the James Cox Foundation for Otterbein's transformational model of long-term skilled nursing care, Avalon by Otterbein.
Donna graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English, a Certificate in Business Administration and a Professional Practice Certificate from the University of Cincinnati. She is a graduate of the National Planned Giving Institute , Williamsburg, VA and is a member of the Greater Cincinnati Planned Giving Council. A Certified Fundraising Executive since 1995, Donna is immediate past President for the Greater Cincinnati chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals and has served on the executive committee of the board for the past five years. Recently, Donna completed the Master of Science in Executive Leadership and Organizational Change program at Northern Kentucky University.
An active member of North Cincinnati Community Church in Mason, OH, Coleman provides leadership for small groups within the church. A mother of three grown sons all whom live in Nashville, TN, Coleman shares her love of walking, exploring state and national parks, and entertaining extended family and friends with her husband, Mark.

In this position, Perry and his staff are responsible for the availability of clinical supplies to support patient care. Perry's previous supply chain experiene also includes consumer package goods, industrial, automotive and aircrat engines in both fovernment and private sector. In addtion, Perry has consulted and implemented ERP/MRP software packages (PeopleSoft/ADAGE) and provided functional training support.
Perry has his M.S. degree in Executive Leadership and Organizational Change at NKU and has received his B.A. at Indiana University Bloomington. Perry is a member of Gold Key Academic Honors Society at NKU, American Production Inventory Control Society (APICS) and Association for Healthcare Resource Materials Management (AHRMM).
Perry's hobbies include: cooking/grilling, golf, exercising and carpentry.

After 18 years in the retail and transportation sectors, Steve followed his heart and became a 4-H YD Agent in 2000. He made the change becuse he had a strong desire to be of service and help others. His main responsibilities in Boone County are leadership education/development (both youth and adults), financial planning and education, work force preg, and overseeing one of the largest 4-H equine programs in the state.
Steve and his wife Nancy live in Burlington, KY and have four children, three grandchildren, and one dog.

Inpatient Occupational Therapy Supervisor
Neil has been an Occupational therapist at the Drake Center for 9 years. During this time he has been the supervisor for the Occupational and Physical Therapy department. He has served in different leadership positions and on different committees to address hospital improvement.
Neil's main duties include but are not limited to: ensuring the daily operation of the inpatient Occupational Therapy department are patient focused, efficient and productive. He has used the competencies developed in the ELOC program to begin implementing leadership assessment, group think and team building to imporve the Occupational Therapy department and different disciplines in the rehab services division. Neil began to take full advantage of the public speaking opportunities in ELOC to be a guest speaker at Xavier University and present a community Grand Rounds at the Drake Center titled, Traumatic Brain Injury and Occupational Therapies role.
Neil lives in Independence, KY with his wife Laurel.

Pamela Locke and her family live on a farm located in Owen County, Kentucky. After marriage to Rickie Locke, Sr. and the birth of their son, Rickie Jr., she decided to go to college and develop a career in Accounting and Management. Pam attended Northern Kentucky University eight years after high school and graduated Cum Laude in 1990 with a BS in Accounting and Management.
Pam's career path has taken her from Director of Accounting for a job shop to Controller at Werner Company. In addition to her current job at Werner, she also does consulting for small businesses and personal credit consulting for individuals. She has been active in the development of business plans and management of a small hardware store owned by a previous supervisor and co-founder and business manager for a C-store located across from the Kentucky Speedway. Her credit consulting has included several newly married couples and young adults to help them develop and follow household budgets to achieve goals. She was also a partner in a local restaurant for over a year located in her home town.
Recent developments in Pam's career have taken her from Controller - Erlanger Facility to Controller - US Distribution & Louisville Division. WIth the completion of the Master's of Science - Executive Leadership and Organizational Change program, she has seen her career take off in a new and exciting direction of executive leadership. It is her goal to be the first woman General Manager of facility at Werner Co.
Pam's hobbies include her love of cooking and gardening. She is in the process of organizing and testing recipes passed down from her grandmothers for publications in a cookbook.

Senior Business Security Manager
Ray is a computer and internet Security Consultant, in the CSO (Chief Security Office), at AT&T. Ray has almost 26 years of experience at AT&T, where he has been a Software Developer, a Systems Engineer, a Network Architect, a Reliability Engineering expert, and a Security Consultant throught his career. He is now a Security Consultant and Relationship Manager. During his 25 years at AT&T, Ray worked at AT&T Bell Laboratories for over 10 years where he performed computer network and archituecture research.
Ray's current job responsibilities include working with internal business clients to trouble-shoot firewall and router security issues, determining network and computer vulnerabilities and risks for clients, and performing security consultations for security issues relating to the outsorcing and off-shoring of business applicaitons and functionalities. In addition, he plays a viatl role in the evaluaion and enhancement of security issues relating to the updating of exisiting hardware and the purchase of new computer equipment.
Ray holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in both Mathematics and Philosphy from Morehead State University in Morehead, Kentucky and a Master's of Science degree in ELOC (Executive Leadership and Organizational Change) from Northern Kentucky University in Highland Heights, KY. He has given technical talks and presentations at over 30 technical conferneces, including speaking at 5 International conferences. Ray has participated on Panel discussions for Software Relability Engieering and coordinated the ISSRE in Quebec, Canada. In addition, he has had articles published in numerous technical reviews, including Bell Labs Technical Journal and in tow books throughout his career. Ray was an editior for the SRE book volume two, as well as having a technical paper published in the book "Case Studies in Software Reliability Engineering". Ray is the co-author on US Patent number 6, 385,762 "Methodology for Mapping Use Cases to Operations for Operational Profile Development".
Ray is a member of the Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society, the Golden Key Honor Society, and hold a CISSP certificate. He resides in Alexandria, KY with his wife of 25 years, Joan, and his two children, Kiersten 21 and Kenton 17. His hobbies include golf, bowling, and being a Silver level Certified Cbowling Coach. In his bowling career, Ray has bowled games and series of 290, 298, 299, 300 and 800.
