Q.  When and Where are the ELOC classes held?

A.  The ELOC classes are held approximately one weekend per month at the METS Center in Elanger.  Each class session is held on a specific Saturday and Sunday from 9am - 5pm.  The first year of the program consist of 11 weekends and teh second year has a total of 10 weekends to complete the program.

Q. How long does the program take to complete?

A.  This master's program takes 24 months to complete.  The ELOC program however, only admits students in the Fall semester of each year.

Q. WIll I spend a lot of time with the other students in my class?

A.  You begin the program with 25 students and you will stay with these members the entire two years.  The ELOC program is an executive program designed for working professionals and managers.

Q. How much does teh program cost?

A.  The ELOC tuition for students interested in joining the class beginning in Fall of 2010 is $28,495.  This tuition is a total for both years of the program.  Payments are split into 6 semesters to cover any fees for the program. (Tuition is higher during the fall and spring semesters, cost per credit hour is around $950.00)

Q.  What does the tuition include?

A. Tuition for the ELOC program includes: all fees, the cost of textbooks, meals, and the 2 week international trip to China, Korea and Japan toward the end of your second year.

Q.  Does the ELOC program require the GMAT or GRE entrance exams?

A. The ELOC program does NOT require any entrance exams.

Q. What are the requirements to apply to the ELOC program?

A.  Minimum 3 years professional or managerial experience with significant decision making authority, full time employement at the time of application entry, 3 letters of recommendatio with cover forms, Online Application and processing fee, Personal Statement, Current Career Essay, Future Career Objective Essay, a Current Resume, and Official Transcripts from ALL previous higher education institutes.  ( A TOEFL score is required for international students)

Q.  What is the typical learning format of the ELOC program?

A.  The innovative program applies the most current theories and practices on leadership and organizational change through multiple organizational levels: individual, team and organizational systems.  Using the lastest adult-learning framework of ACT (action learning, competency-based, and teamwork development), the program helps leaders and professionals develop a broad set of knowledge and skills taht allow them to transform their current organizations into effective ones.
