In July 2009, Vicki accepted a new career challenge as VP Operations with Car-Part.com. Car-Part.com is a web-based service organization within the auto salvage and recycling industry. They have been in business since 1989 and have experienced tremendous growth over the past few years requiring a concerted focus on their operational infrastructure to insure long-term success. Vicki has joined the Car-Part.com team to lead this initiative on process development and improvement.
Vicki has an extremely diverse background with her experiences in various industries and responsibilities, such as hotel management, commercial and retail office supply management and sales, parcel service sales, and quality systems management in both manufacturing and engineering environments. In light of all this diversity, approximately 15 years ago, Vicki began to channel her interests and strengths on teh world of Quality Management Systems. She has led an organization to successful ISO9001 and AS9100 registration and she has managed quality system organizations in industries such as aerospace, Department of Defense (DoD), and automotive. During these years, Vicki focused significantly on process improvement, auditing, and training. Additionally, Vicki has earned the American Society for Quality (ASQ) Certified Quality Auditor Certification, she is a Certified IPC Trainer for the electronics industry, she has experience with the DOD model for improvement call CMMI (Capability Maturity Model Integration) and she has experience with other organizational tools including Six Sigma, 5S, and Lean Manufacturing.
Vicki earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from NKU in 1990 and followed up with a Quality Assurance Certificate from Cincinnati State in 1999. She is on schedule to graduate from the NKU Executive Leadership and Organizational Change (ELOC) master program in 2010.
Vicki's experience with NKU's ELOC program has been an incredible eye-opener as she has learned so much more about herself as a person and as a leader. It has provided her the tools to identify and develop her emotional competencies enabling her to be more effective in both her professional and personal roles in life. ELOC has also helped her to better understand the single most important factor in any organizational change initiative: the workforce, which is teh key to any successful organization.
Vicki currently resides in Finneytown, Ohio. Her hobbies and interestes are volleyball, hiking, bicycling, gardening, the Arts, and travel.

Travis received his associates degree in Respiratory Care from NKU in 1996. He went on to complete his undergraduate work at NKU and in 1998 received his BS degree in Sociology. Travis has over 14 years experience as a Registered Respiratory Threapist. He has a dynamic background in critical care from the following hospitals: The Christ Hospital, Cincinnati University Hospital, Shriners Burn Hosital - Cincinnati, Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center and St. Elizabeth Homecare. He was a member of the Pediatric Flight Team for Shriners Burn Hospital - Cincinnat from 1997-2007. While working at Shriners Hospital, he was promoted to Technical Services Coordinator and Clinical Analyst. He left Shriners Hospital in 2007 to develop a Respiratory Therapy Program in the Surgery Department at Cincinnati Children's Hospital before accepting his current position as Director of Pulmonary Services for St. Elizabeth Healthcare. Special interests include education and research. Travis has presented at 3 national conferences on current trends and prelininary research findings in the field of Respiratory Care and some of his work has been published in RT magazine which is a professional magazien for managers in his field. Future plans are to make his department a national leader in the profession of Respiratory Care.

Kurt Foglesong Manager of Flight Operations Executive Jet Management
Kurt has been with Executive Jet Management (EJM), based at Cincinnati's Lunken airport, since February of 2004. In his time with EJM, Kurt served as Operational Support Specialist and Manager of Crew Services before taking his current position as Manager of Flight Operations, where he manages teams of employees that make up EJM's Flight Operations Center. In addition to his operational duties, Kurt is also a member of EJM's Internal Audit Team and Family Assistance Team.
Aviation has been part of Kurt's life for many years, beginning in the mid - 1980's when he earned his first pilot rating. Since that time, he served in the U.S. Air Force as a Jet Engine Mchanic and as a Team Lead at Lockheed Martin, where he managed a team of mechanics performing engine modifications on B-1 Bombers, all the while continuting to build flight time. In 2004, Kurt moved from aircraft maintenanceto aircraft operations when he accepted his position with EJM.
In addition to working toward his Master of Science in Exeutive Leadership and Organizational Change, Kurt's educational background includes a Bachelor's of Science in Professional Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and he has earned several Federal Aviation Administration licenses including an Airframe & Powerplant license, Commercial Pilot's license and Aircraft Dispatcher license.

John Jay Fossett Principal Strategic Partners, LLC. Fort Mitchell, Kentucky
John Jay Fossett is a principal in Strategic Advisors, LLC, a consulting firm that provides strategic planning, government relations, public relations, and other services to for-profit and non-profit organizations. Fosset served as City Manager for the City of Covington from July 2005 to July 2009. Fossett is a 1981 graduate of the University of Kentucky and 1987 graduate of Salmon P. Chase College of Law at NKU, where he was editor-in-chief of the Northern Kentucky Law Review. Fossett is in his final year of the two year Executive Leadership and Organizational Change master's degree program.
Fossett obtained his B.A. degree (journalism and political science) from the University of Kentucky, where he served as editor of The Kentucky Kernel, the independent daily newspaper. After graduation from UK and before law school, Fossett was a newspaper reporter and editor with the Louisville Courier-Journal and The Kentucky Post. After law school, Fossett served as a law cleak for one year to Ohio Supreme Court Justice Craig Wright.
Prior to his appointment as City Solicitor, Fossett was a partner in the law firms of Cors & Bassett and Fossett, Howe, Wessels & Ogle. He also was an associate with the law firm of Strauss & Troy. Fossett practived in the area of civil litigation, with an emphasis on municipal, commercial, personal-injury, and zoning litigation. He is admitted to practice law in state and federal courts in both Kentucky and Ohio. He served four terms on the Kentucky Academy of Trial Attorneys Board of Governors. He was editor - in - chief of KATA's bi-monthly magazine, The KATA Advocate.
Fossett was a member of the International City Managers Association, the Kentucky City/County Managers Association and the Northern Kentucky City/County Managers Association. Fossett serves on the board of the Kentucky Local Distribution Fund Oversight Committee after being appointed to that position by Gov. Ernie Fletcher. He is also a former board member on the Kentucky Registry of Election Finance, appointed to that position by Gov. Paul Patton.
Fossett is an adjuct faculty member at Salmon P. Chase College of Law where he has taught trial advocacy. He is a past president of the Chase Alumni Association and is a former member of the Salmon P. Chase Inn of Court.
Fossett is a past president of Literacy in Northern Kentucky and is a former board member for Northern Kentucky Volunteer Lawyers, Inc. He has also served on the boards of numerous other charitable and civic organizations in Northern Kentucky.

Rose: Continued Expansion of Hospital Liability in Kentucky, 13 N.Ky.L.Rev 279 (1986). He also published and lectured on Bad Faith Litigation in Ohio for the National Business Institute.
Fossett and his wife, Barbara Arnzen Fossett, live in Fort Thomas, Kentucky, with two of their three children. Their oldest daughter attends college at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.

Mike has worked at Convergys Corporation and its predecessor, Cincinnati Bell Information Systems (CBIS) for more than 25 years, begininng his career as one of the company's first two college interns. While his present position is focused on Project Management of a Human Resource Enterprise Resource Planning implementation for a Fortune 500 client, Mike has previously led teams that were focused on Software Product Development, Software Architecture, Client/Business Development and Production Operations. He also worked with the Convergys Labs organization for more than two years and is named on two paten applications for speech recognition-based software innovations. Mike served for more than four years on the Convergys Diversity Council and is a trained Diversity facilitator. He also supported the Convergys New Managers Seminar for a period of four years, co-facilitating courses designed to transition new managers into superviosry and leadership roles.
Mike holds a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration in Information Systems from Xavier University. He is a member of Alpha Sigma Nu, the Jesuit Naitonal Honor Society. He also holds a Masters certificate in Project Management from the George Washington University School of Business and Public Management.
Outside of work Mike is heavily involved with his church and he has coached youth soccer and baseball since 1992. Mike lives in Delhi Hills with his wife, Linda, and their four children.

She received her undergraduate degree in Arts and Sciences with an emphasis in Communications from Bowling Green State University.

The flavor industry has always been a part of Tim's life since starting his career in 1994 for Dragoco Flavor's and Fragrences in Northern New Jersey. It's a "behind the scene" industry that plays the most significant role in gaining consumer acceptance for foods and beverages.
In 2008, Tim started a consulting buisness - The Impact Team; which focuses on Leadership Development, Teamwork and Strengths building. At this point, the Impact Team has offered their services, pro-bono for local business organizations and church groups. It's an area that Tim is truly passionate about and hopes that the ELOC program will build on these strengths. Eventually, Time would like to consult full-time, but for now it's a hobby that will give him greater experience and exposure.
Tim holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Ramapo College of New Jersey and and MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management.
Tim currently resides in Northern Kentucky with his wife Tracey and their 6 year old daughter Alexandra.

Lisa's position as a network planner includes the deployment of High Speed Internet equipment into the Cincinnati Bell Telephone network using a combination of ADSL, ADSL2+, and GPON technologies. Lisa has been in the network planning group for the past eight years of her twenty year career at Cincinnati Bell. Lisa is a Certified Project Manager spending the majority of her time capacity planning over six hundred locaitons offering Zoomtown service and the deployment of new locations to increase the marketing footprint. In addition to capacity planning, new build, budget inventory, and new product testing, Lisa is alos a Six Sigma Black Belt leading Internet related projects to increase customer satisfaction while providing the company capital savings.
Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administraiton from the College of Mount St. Joseph, graduating Magna Cum Laude and is a member of the Alpha Chi and Sigma Beta Delta. Lisa resides in Northern Kentucky with her husband Gerry, and their two grown children, Christy and Cory.
