Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management
The B.S. in Human Resource Management is designed to prepare human resource professionals to deal with the challenge of managing today’s workforce in a small growing business, corporate or non-profit entity, or multinational organization. The program content is designed to provide comprehensive coverage of the major functional areas of human resource management such as staffing, employee training and development, and wages and benefits. In addition, students will understand and develop personal competencies such as business communications and managing diversity. Finally, students will have the opportunity to gain practical experience in human resource management by completion of a rigorous and required internship program.
