Leslie Kyle Leslie Kyle is an Assistant Dean/Director of the College of Business Advising Center. Advisor/Lecturer in the College of Business from 1999 to present. Graduated from Northern Kentucky University in 1991 with an MBA and in 1989 with a Bachelor of Science degree majoring in Management. Has 16 Years of higher education experience while teaching courses in Management Assessment & Development, Introduction to Business, Career Enhancement, and Personal Finance. |

Pam Luken has been an Academic Advisor/ Lecturer in the College of Business since 2005. Pam Graduated from the University of Cincinnati with an MBA in 1989 and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications in 1984. She has taught courses in Introduction to Business, Principles of Finance and Personal Financial Management at NKU since 2003. She has professional experience in accounting, banking, retail management, and small business ownership. |
Frank Robinson has been an Academic Advisor/Lecturer in the College of Business since 2007. He graduated from the Lewis University with Masters Degree in Organizational Leadership in 2003 and Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Illinois in 1999. Throughout his nearly 10 year professional career, Frank worked in Chicago as a successful Center Manager for a corporate based test preparation company, and later for the Office of Admissions at Anderson University in Indiana. |

Olena Pilyayeva has been an Academic Advisor/Lecturer in the College of Business since 2007. She graduated from Northern Kentucky University with MBA in 2006 and a Bachelor of Economics and Accountancy in 1996 from the Kharkiv Academy of Public Catering, Ukraine. Olena has worked at NKU Admissions, Transfer Services for four years, and has experience in customer service and working with students. She has nearly ten years of professional experience in accounting, management, and teaching. |
Ayanna Terry Ayanna Terry has been an Advisor/Lecturer in the College of Business since 2004. Graduated from Northern Kentucky University in 2003 with an MBA in Entrepreneurship and in 1999 with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing. 10 years of professional experience: 8 Years of higher education experience including advising (academic and organizational), programming, recruitment, teaching Introduction to Business, and retention. Corporate experience in Retail Management. |

Laura Walter manages the day to day operations of the Advising Center while supervising front office staff. She began her career at Northern Kentucky University in 1992 as the assistant to the MBA office. |
Carolyn Ward provides part-time support for the Advising Center. Throughout her 22 year educational career, she has worked at University of Kentucky, Northern Community College, and Fort Thomas Schools. |
