Manchise has been a mediator in the Greater Cincinnati-Northern Kentucky area for the past 33 years. Most recently before joining the faculty at NKU, he served as Director of Mediation Services, Federal Mediation Service (FMCS) in Cincinnati. He received his doctorate from the University of Kentucky, and MBA and B.A. in Economics from the University of Louisville. | Steve Stephens Chase College of Law Email: stephensh@nku.edu Henry L. (Steve) Stephens, Jr. is a Professor of Law in the Salmon P. Chase College of Law, Northern Kentucky University. Stephens also served as dean of the College of Law from 1986 - 1992. Since completing the Harvard Program on Negotiation in 1997, Stephens has mediated over 1000 cases in Ohio and Kentucky. | Andrea Lambert NKU Department of Communication Email: lamberta3@nku.edu Dr. Lambert is an Assistant Professor of Communication at Northern Kentucky University. She received her Ph.D. in family communication from the University of Denver, her M.A. from Texas Tech University, and her B.A. from the University of Kansas. Her areas of expertise include divorce, stepfamilies, co-parenting, and children’s perception of divorce. | Lawrence Rosenthal NKU Salmon P. Chase College of Law Email: rosenthall@nku.edu Lawrence Rosenthal is a professor at the Salmon P. Chase College of Law. He joined the Chase faculty in 2003, after teaching for five years at the Stetson University College of Law in Gulfport, Florida. Prior to teaching, Professor Rosenthal practiced law in Florida and in Washington, D.C., concentrating on issues involving labor and employment law. Professor Rosenthal earned his B.A. from Union College (New York), and his J.D. from the Vanderbilt University Law School. He also holds an LL.M. from the Georgetown University Law Center. |

| Dr. Margaret Myers NKU College of Business Associate Dean Email: myersm@nku.edu Margaret Myers is Associate Professor of Marketing and Associate Dean of the College of Business. She earned her M.B.A. and Ph.D. from Indiana University, and a B.A. with honors in English and History from Birmingham University in the U.K. She has also served as Director of Women’s Studies at N.K.U. and she teaches in the Honors Program. In addition to teaching introduction to business and marketing courses, her areas of teaching and research interest include the relationship of marketing to popular culture, especially as it relates to women and minorities. Her mediation experience includes small business claims, family and neighbor disputes, landlord/tenant disputes, and criminal complaints; in education, she has conducted mediation between parents and school districts, and between employees and school districts. |
