Steve Stephens, Mediator

Henry L. (Steve) Stephens, Jr. is a Professor of Law in the Salmon P. Chase College of Law, Northern Kentucky University. Stephens also served as dean of the College of Law from 1986 - 1992. Since completing the Harvard Program on Negotiation in 1997, Stephens has mediated over 1000 cases in Ohio and Kentucky. His areas of expertise include personal injury, medical malpractice, labor and employment, construction, taxation, and general business. Stephens received a B.A. degree from Western Kentucky University, and J.D. from the University of Kentucky College of Law. He was admitted to practice law in Kentucky in 1975. In addition, he was listed in The Best Lawyers In America, 11ed., 2005-06.
