Sara L. Sidebottom, Arbitrator

Sara L. Sidebottom is the Vice President for Legal Affairs and General Counsel, Northern Kentucky University. She has served as an arbitration panel member for over twenty years. In addition Sidebottom has 27 years of experience as an attorney, including 16 years in private practice and eleven years at NKU. Her experience also includes eight years as a public defender, five years as an Assistant County Attorney, and as a District Judge. She has practiced civil and criminal litigation cases as well as labor & employment disputes.

A Kenton County native, Sidebottom is a graduate of Villa Madonna Academy, the University of Kentucky, and Northern Kentucky University Chase College of Law. She is currently admitted to practice before the Kentucky Supreme Court, U.S. District Court, U.S. Court of Appeals - Sixth Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
