Teressa L. Elliott, Arbitrator

Teressa L. Elliott, J.D., has been an Assistant Professor in the Department of Accountancy at Northern Kentucky University since 2003. Her teaching specialty is business law, which she has taught since 1992. Additionally, Ms. Elliott has also practiced law since 1990. Ms. Elliott graduated magna cum laude with a BA from Northern Kentucky University in English with a German minor and received her J.D. from the University of Kentucky College of Law.

Ms. Elliott sat on arbitration panels in Northern Kentucky and Hamilton County from 1997-2003. Ms. Elliott trained as a mediator in 2006. Additionally, Ms. Elliott has written law review articles on arbitration and the Federal Arbitration Act and teaches this topic in her business law classes.
